Founder & CEO
Tallulah is the founder of Well1st™ and an experienced Psychotherapist specialising in therapeutic support for children and young people. With a professional background as a Nurse, Tallulah combines clinical knowledge with a compassionate, strengths-based approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Over the years, she has worked closely with children and families navigating neurodiversity, social and emotional challenges, and special educational needs (SEN), often providing support directly in homes and community settings. Alongside her therapeutic practice, Tallulah has contributed as a neurodiversity educator, policy writer, and researcher, helping shape approaches to inclusion and mental health provision.

Known for her relaxed style and ready sense of humour, Tallulah creates safe, trusting spaces where people feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. She believes strongly in the importance of laughter, connection, and positivity, and her work is rooted in the belief that with the right guidance, everyone has the capacity to flourish.
