Founder & CEO
Tallulah is the founder of Well1st™ and is an experienced Educational and Child Psychotherapist. With a professional background as a Psychotherapist, Neurodiversity Educator, and Nurse, Tallulah combines psychological, educational and clinical knowledge with a compassionate, strengths-based approach to mental health, education and wellbeing.
Over the years, she has worked closely with children and families navigating neurodiversity, social and emotional challenges, and special educational needs (SEN), providing support directly in homes and within education or community settings. Alongside her therapeutic practice, Tallulah has contributed as an SEN AP case manager, policy writer, SEN consultant, researcher, and peer reviewer, helping shape proactive approaches to mental health provision and education inclusion.
Known for her relaxed style and ready sense of humour, Tallulah creates safe, trusting spaces where young people and their family feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. She believes strongly in the importance of laughter, connection, and positivity, and her work is rooted in the belief that with the right guidance, everyone has the capacity to flourish.
